Safety
Safety is key in what we do. As an organization that focuses on leadership, it is something that we train to be second nature in thought.
Leadership requires a sense of awareness in a given situation to prevent, stop, and remove potential injuries and damage. Our squadron tries to balance a focus on common sense with operational risk management and situational awareness.
As a composite squadron with a diverse group of Cadets and Senior Members of all ages, personal safety is our focus. In raising awareness, it is to keep our members and their families healthy and safe year round.
Safety meetings are the third week of each month. Attendance (or prior notification and excused absence) is required for safety for everyone to remain current.
