As Cadets and senior members want to attend activities, get awards, and do things, it takes paperwork. In making life easier, we’re posting some of the forms with some details filled in.
All you have to do at home is enter the personal information by typing it into the correct field, print and sign, and then bring it to the unit. More forms will be added in the future.
CAP Form 2a-Fill out and submit this at the unit with any additional documents if needed for awards and decorations that have been earned per CAP Manual 39-3
CAP Form 31-Application for activities at Region and National Level
CAP Form 95-Especially for Cadets having completed the Mitchell Award, there are various scholarships available and are applied for using this form
CAWG Form 150-This is for activities in California Wing Only
