● Examine ethical decision making for the Cadet Officer
● Participate in classroom academics, simulations, exercises, and interact with Cadet Officers from California and the Pacific Region.

● Mitchell Award recipient ● 15 years of age or older |
|
● Minimum scholastic “C” average (2.0 on 4.0 scale) |
|
● NCOS Graduate (California Wing Cadets only) |
Application Details
Deadline: Postmarked by 26 November 2011
Cost: $150 (Billeting only. Members will purchase meals on own; estimated cost, additional $100)
Students: Mail the following together:
- CAWG F150 completed and signed
- Cover letter outlining the reasons you’d like to attend COBC
- Resume with school, community and CAP achievements
- Check or money ord
er for $150 made out to “CIVIL AIR PATROL” or copy of PayPal receipt
