● Improve skills in leadership, management, communication
● Examine ethical decision making for the Cadet Officer
● Participate in classroom academics, simulations, exercises, and interact with Cadet Officers from California and the Pacific Region.

Pre-requisites for potential students:
(requirements may be waived at Commander’s discretion)

● Mitchell Award recipient ● 15 years of age or older

● Minimum scholastic “C” average (2.0 on 4.0 scale)

● NCOS Graduate (California Wing Cadets only)

Application Details
Deadline: Postmarked by 28 November 2008
Cost: $130 (Billeting only. Members will purchase meals on own; estimated cost, additional $70)
Students: Mail the following together:
– CAWGF150 completed and signed
- Cover letter outlining the reasons you’d like to attend COBC
- Resume’ with school, community and CAP achievements
- Check or money order for $130 made out to CA Wing Cadet Programs
